The concession agreement for the "Upgrading of Water Supply System in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea" was between the water authorities of Papua New Guinea and a subsidiary of Brem - PNG Water Limited. This concession was awarded for a period of 22 years in the form of a "Build, Operate and Transfer" ("BOT") Contract. The water concession business has been generating stable revenue, profit and excellent cash flow for the Group.
