Tan Sri Dato' Khoo Chai Kaa is the esteemed founder and former Managing Director of both Brem Holding Berhad Group and the Crystal Crown Hotels Group. With an academic background in civil engineering and building, he embarked on his professional journey in 1977 as a contractor, motivated by a clear vision to support Malaysia’s development. His early dedication laid the foundation for a career that would span over four decades and leave a lasting mark on the nation’s construction and property sectors.

In pursuit of this vision, he established Brem Holding Sdn Bhd, entering the construction industry with a focus on quality and strategic growth. Under his leadership, the company expanded its operations into general construction, property development, and civil engineering. This steady growth culminated in the company’s restructuring and successful public listing as Brem Holding Berhad on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange Second Board in 1993, marking a major milestone in its corporate journey.

Beyond construction, Tan Sri Dato' Khoo also made significant strides in the hospitality industry by founding the Crystal Crown Hotels Group. Today, the group manages five 3-star and 4-star hotels across Malaysia, offering over 1,000 rooms to both local and international guests. His enduring success is rooted in his core values of integrity, persistence, and responsibility—principles that continue to shape the legacy and culture of the organizations he built.
