In 1981, Khoo Chai Kaa Construction Works Sdn Bhd under the stewardship of Mr. Khoo Chai Kaa was incorporated in Malaysia as a company dealing in the construction business. Over the following years, rapid growth was seen in the Company and in April of 1989, the Company changed its name to Brem Holding Sdn Bhd. With continuing sound management it was no surprise that the Company evolved into one of the larger construction companies in Malaysia and then naturally ventured into property development. In December of 1992 it was converted into a public limited company, Brem Holding Berhad, and listed on the Second Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("BMSB") in year 1993 under the Construction Sector. Subsequently, the Company was transferred to the Main Board of BMSB under the same sector in year 1997.
Today, the Brem Group has 11 subsidiary companies and 7 associated companies all involved in property development, civil engineering, construction works and other related businesses. |
