To date, projects developed and completed by us has exceeded RM l billion. The total development value in hand is approximately RM1.1 billion together with a land bank of approximately 600 acres, is situated in prime areas. This should enable the Group to sustain development for the next 10 years.
Brem has obtained MS ISO 9001:2000 certification for property development and construction. While we continue to focus locally on residential and commercial developments, we have plans to participate in the global market.
WATER SUPPLY AND SERVICES
The concession agreement for the "Upgrading of Water Supply System in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea" was between the water authorities of Papua New Guinea and a subsidiary of the Company -- PNG Water Limited. This concession was awarded for a period of 22 years in the form of a "Build, Operate and Transfer" ("BOT") Contract.
The water concession business has been generating stable revenue, profit and excellent cash flow.
