Our building and civil works completed to date has exceeded RM 1.2 billion. The Group has also a strong order book of RM620 million in civil engineering, housing and infrastructure projects currently.
Our high standards in the construction industry has garnered us the status of an International Registered Contractor by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB).
PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND INVESTMENT HOLDING
With our own contracting and building ability in-house, we are able to convert prime land into properties which allows us to enjoy a good rental return as our entry cost is lower compared to property buyers. This also places us in a position to choose whether these properties are kept for rental income or sold for gain.
Approval has been obtained from the relevant authorities to build a commercial building in JaIan 222, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, to be used as office and showroom space with a letable area of approximately 160,000 sq.ft.
We have also commenced development of the Kepong Mega Mall project along Jalan Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, comprising of office and retail space which will be kept for rental income.
